PRO-ACTIVE PREVENTION


EYB’s Proactive Remote Support team will be monitoring the servers and workstations on a daily basis and report back to Company should there be any problem regarding connectivity, backups, Anti-Virus or any server / workstation critical errors. A detail monthly report will be generated and send through to the Company together with their monthly statement.


Preventative maintenance software will be installed onto each Companies server to monitor and maintain the system. The EYB Engineering Systems Help-Desk support person will manage and monitor all clients on the Companies systems on a daily basis.

All tickets raised will get addressed as there is no limit on tickets logged in this option.


RE-ACTIVE PREVENTION


This service will be the first line of support for Companies when any problem or urgent task is logged with the help desk. If the problem or task cannot be addressed remotely, only then would a technician be dispatched to address it on- site.
