Executive Summary

EYB Engineering Systems is in the Information Technology market where we are servicing the the Hardware, Software, Technical Knowledge, Technical Labour Support and Website Designing markets. We are expanding our Technical Knowledge part with a cloud service that we wish to offer to our clients. The specific market segments that we service is explained as follows:

• Hardware - All types and forms of Computer Hardware that one will find in the market, these include; custom build machines to customers application specifications, all peripherals, all network construction hardware, printers, consumables and most of the electronic hardware that surrounds computers and computer networks. Our main suppliers whom we are registered at to distribute the essential products are Rectron, Pinnacle Africa, Corex and Esquire Technologies.

• Software - These include all Microsoft products and also Sage Pastel and Sage Payroll software modules. We use the same suppliers as mentioned above.

• Technical Knowledge and Labour - This is all our labour that we supply in installing business network systems, upgrading computers as well as systems and also the planning of streamlining all customer computer systems. We also supply a remote support service for our contract clients where we can correct 80% of our customers problems without the need to go out to our customers offices and this has also no time limit on the service. We are expanding this part to supply a cloud service where existing and new customers can store all there data on a remote server where they can access it at any time.

• Website Designing - This part is based on a module type design for all companies and personal people that require websites for thyself or their companies.

At this stage I'm the only person who runs all these parts, if and when I am not able to attend to my customers needs, I contract the work out to competent companies that has great knowledge in the different fields where required. I have 20 years experience in all Electronic fields where the main knowledge base id focused on the computer market.
